Delivery options & time

Standard delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 business days and is delivered to your local Post office in Sweden with PostNord. 

All worldwide deliveries are made by UPS. Standard deliveries within Europe take normally between 2-5 business days and express orders are delivered within 48h. Worldwide deliveries are made by UPS Express Saver and is normally delivered within 48h. 

UPS will make a first delivery attempt to your home and if you’re not home, it will be delivered to your local UPS Access Point. If there aren’t any Access Point close to where you live UPS will make to more home delivery attempts.

Please be advised that during SALE delivery times may be longer than usual. Also note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to unexpected incidents during the freight. If the package is damaged when delivered report it directly when it is collected.
 

delivery costs

Shipping within Sweden with PostNord is free of charge. All returns on full-price items are also free, however returns on reduced price or sale items are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping costs within Europe is 15 EUR for standard delivery and 20 EUR for Express delivery. To the rest of the world the delivery cost is 30 EUR. All returns from Europe and the rest of the world is paid for by the customer. All extra charges, customs duty/or taxes is paid by the receiver. If a package is not picked up within 14 days, the freight back to Mayla is to be paid for by the customer.

CARBON NEUTRAL® SHIPMENT

All our international shipments are carbon compensated. It means that Mayla pay a small incremental amount to offset the climate impact of the delivery of each package. The climate compensation is made by planting trees in depleted forests and building solar, hydroelectric and wind energy plants. Learn more.

Confirmation 

Short after we’ve received your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. We would recommend you to save the order confirmation in case of contact with our customer service.
